So why has this stove been our best seller? Well we decided to explore its aesthetical and technical details in our latest blog so you can make up you own mind whether it really should have the title of "best selling stove".
Size and Dimension
The Stockton 5 stove is manufactured by Stovax and belongs to the Stockton range, which comes in a variety of sizes and styles. The Stockton 5 is a good size, with a decent height and width. The viewing window is a good size, so provides the owner with a great view of the flames.
Styling - the different options
Stovax have done a great job designing the Stockton 5 stove. The stove is designed with a more square look and landscape compared to the other stoves in the Stock range. With this squarer look, it has somehow provided more width which allows for more fuel and a bigger viewing window.
You may feel that this squarer design may make it look more contemporary. However, Stovax have provided two options for the Stockton 5; a flat top and low canopy. This great option gives the stove two completely different looks which makes it desirable whatever your home decor style may be.
Low Canopy
The low canopy option is only an additional £50 and gives the stove a different look and feel for such a small price.
Flat top (standard)
The flat top comes as standard and gives the stove a very sophisticated and modern/minimalistdesign.
Efficiency and Technical
The Stockton 5 is not only available as a multi-fuel stove, but also a wood burning stove. But what makes the multi-fuel stove so popular is that fact you can burn different fuels.
This stove has an output of 4.9kW which is very capable of heating a medium sized room. And with some great additional features from Stovax, including the Clearburn system and Airwash system, it makes the viewing window cleaner and therefore clearer, so soot and ash don't obstruct your view of the flames.
