For those with an interest in woodburning stoves it is not very difficult to spot the distinctive style of a Hwam woodburning stove. Interestingly, the company is one of Denmark’s larger bespoke stoves manufacturers but unlike many competitors it only has a history which goes back 40 years as opposed to well over 100 years in some cases. What the company lacks in history it certainly makes up in terms of enthusiasm and innovation – it is amazing how quickly the company has become a recognised figure and a very popular brand.

Like so many of the Scandinavian stove companies Hwam has remained true to its roots working from the original factory and employing the same personnel. There have obviously been expansions in the workforce as sales across Europe continue to grow but the methods used and the location remain unchanged.
