As you will be aware, in light of recent government advice we closed our showroom in order to protect our staff and customers. At this moment in time we are still taking orders (over the telephone and online) and despatching within 48-hours where possible. However, a number of our suppliers have begun a controlled shutdown of their operations.<\/p>\n
As a consequence, we envisage delays in orders where the items are not held on site and need to be requested from our supplies. Obviously, any outstanding orders of this nature will be dispatched as soon as possible. Where we have items on site these will be delivered in the normal manner as the postal services are classed as key and still operating as normal. It is highly likely that we will soon be closing our offices and working remotely, taking orders online and answering any queries you may have. This side of the business will be unaffected by the coronavirus lockdown.<\/p>\n
We appreciate that this expected partial lockdown of our business will impact some for customers in the short term. However, the health and well-being of our staff and customers is paramount and in these difficult times we have been forced to take difficult decisions.<\/p>\n
