We believe we are one of the most competitive stove companies on the market and pride ourselves on our customer service record. As a means of rewarding our loyal customers we recently introduced a money-off voucher scheme when you spend a minimum of \u00a3200. There is no minimum order value when redeeming your vouchers so whether you need a relatively cheap spare part or you are looking to change your stove, you can use your money-off voucher whenever you like.<\/p>\n

Details of our money-off vouchers<\/h2>\n

All money-off vouchers are valid until 31st January 2018 and you will receive a physical money-off voucher when your order is delivered. Each money-off voucher will contain a unique voucher number which you simply use when you checkout with your online order or quote this number if purchasing over the telephone. There is a sliding scale whereby the more you spend the larger the money-off voucher:-<\/p>\n

\u00a310 voucher for orders between \u00a3200 and \u00a3499<\/strong><\/em>
\n \u00a320 voucher for orders between \u00a3500 and \u00a3799<\/strong><\/em>
\n \u00a335 voucher for orders between \u00a3800 and \u00a3999<\/strong><\/em>
\n \u00a375 voucher for orders between \u00a31000 and \u00a31499<\/strong><\/em>
\n \u00a3120 voucher when you spend \u00a31500 and above<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Our money-off vouchers can also be used in conjunction with our regular discounts and promotions thereby ensuring that you get maximum value for money.<\/p>\n

Stove spare parts<\/h2>\n

While many stove retailers do not offer stove replacement parts we believe this is part of the wider package that we should offer to our customers. We have created a one-stop website where you can ask your advice, purchase a stove and also acquire any replacement parts you may need over the years. We also have access to HETAS qualified installers so we can look after your initial purchase, the installation and the ongoing long-term maintenance. It is also worth noting that while parts of the market have been flooded with substandard spare parts all of our spare parts are from each stove manufacturer\u2019s official range. This thereby ensures quality, value for money and above all safety.<\/p>\n

Discounts and promotions<\/h2>\n

On a regular basis we will announce discounts and promotions on stoves and spare parts together with competitions. Please be aware that you can still use your money-off vouchers in conjunction with any discounts and promotions we may be running at the time to save you even more money.
