Coronavirus update: Business as usual – Keep those fires burning!

It is safe to say that the coronavirus is presenting a number of challenges to businesses and the wider society. At this moment in time these challenges are having no material impact upon our business operations and we don’t envisage any significant issues in the short to medium term. You may well have seen our recent update on Facebook.

In order to ensure the well-being of staff and customers we respectfully request those with coronavirus symptoms to refrain from visiting our showroom at this moment in time. We appreciate this may be inconvenient but it is still business as usual and we can be contacted by a variety of means such as:-

Phone: 01706 813393

Email: sales@bowlandstoves.co.uk

WhatsApp/Text: 07497 156 922

We will publish updates as and when applicable.

Thanking you in anticipation,

Bowland Stoves

While our showroom is still open to the public we have been advised of slight adjustments in the delivery operations of our carriers. As you will see from the messages below, to all intents and purposes it is still business as usual for our delivery partners but there are additional safety aspects to be aware of.

How to keep those fires burning

We fully appreciate these are challenging times for the general public and businesses alike. We will be publishing new updates as and when anything changes but at this moment in time it really is business as usual. As more and more people are expected to self-isolate with possible coronavirus symptoms, rest assured you can still order your stoves, spare parts and logs. We have been in contact with our various stove partners and they are still fulfilling customer orders in an efficient and timely manner.

As we ready ourselves for what could be a challenging period in the UK, we are only a telephone call/email away for any help and assistance you may require.

Summary

So, to summarise the situation at the moment, it really is still business as usual with a number of relatively small tweaks to improve staff/customer safety. However, we do not foresee any significant delays in taking orders, receiving payment and despatching. You may well have specific questions regarding your situation, feel free to contact us at any time.
