All Hunter Stoves now come with a 2.5 Year Warranty, as long as you have purchased the stove from a authorised Hunter Dealer. This warranty is only valid if the stoves are installed and serviced annually on the anniversary of its installation by a qualified engineer. The warranty excludes naturally wearing "consumable" parts such as glass, bricks, rope, baffle plates etc..

All orders received will be despatched the following working day on a next day service, with the exception of orders received on Thursday and Friday these will be despatched on Monday. Please note items which are not in stock, delivery will be approximately 14-21 working days. We do not have a pick up from our carrier on a Friday
Next day Deliveries will be delivered between the hours of 8am to 5pm. If your not available for delivery you may incur a redelivery charge. Your stove will be delivered on a 7.5 tonne delivery vehicle (about the size of a bin waggon). Please let us know as soon as possible if there will be a problem with access. These stoves are heavy. There will only be one delivery driver who will help unload the stove, we suggest you have at least one other person available to assist.
The driver will be unable to move the stove accross gravelled, or unfinished drives, through narrow openings or up/down steps. Unfortunately due to insurance and Health and Safety issues the driver is NOT able to move the stove inside your house. The driver will be able to wheel into your garage if possible.
YOU MUST CHECK THE GOODS WHILST THE DRIVER IS THERE. The driver is obliged to wait with you up to 15 mins while you unpack the goods and check them. If the driver refuses to wait please mark the delivery note as "unchecked" If your goods are damaged please contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours, quoting your Order Reference Number and Delivery Note Number and we will ensure you query will be dealt with efficiently
